Know the pieces
- Sponsors holds sponsor contacts, artwork, and related display content.
- Campaigns defines advertising opportunities, prices, and booking windows.
- Advertisers use their own invited account to submit artwork and manage bookings.
- Screen designs need suitable sponsor placements or ad scenes for the content you intend to show.
Prepare a sponsorship
- Confirm the location, dates, placement, artwork requirements, and price with the sponsor.
- Create the relevant sponsor or campaign records using the available portal controls.
- Make sure the intended screens have a compatible placement, then preview and publish the designs.
- Check the actual screens during an eligible display window.
For paid advertiser bookings
Paid bookings depend on payment and payout setup. An invited advertiser chooses an available booking, uploads artwork, and completes checkout. The venue reviews the submission and can request corrections.
Payment alone does not make an ad eligible to play. Paid bookings must also be approved and within their purchased windows. Do not promise a placement until you have checked its availability and setup.
Read play reports correctly
Proof-of-play reports describe recorded ad plays by campaign, screen, and time period. They do not measure how many people watched, unique viewers, sales, or guaranteed advertising results.
Offline reporting can be delayed. A shared sponsor report link provides access to that report, so share it only with the intended recipient.
Handle changes and refunds carefully
Review booking details before changing a campaign. Existing purchased windows and prices are not automatically rewritten when an event schedule changes. Pause new sales where appropriate and resolve affected bookings with the venue.
Refunds and disputes can disable ad eligibility and reverse associated credits. Payment processing and campaign workflows are still developing; use the current portal status and confirmed booking terms as your reference.
