Review your screen plan

As the organization owner, open Billing to see your total screens, billable screens, and subscription status. Screen counts cover the organization across its locations. The standard plan includes one free screen; confirm the current price and total in Billing and checkout before subscribing.

Some organizations have complimentary access and may see Sponsorship payouts instead of screen billing. That status is specific to the account.

Manage subscription payments

If the page says payments are awaiting platform setup, checkout is not ready. Adding screens or seeing a price does not by itself confirm a paid subscription.

  1. If you need a paid plan and checkout is available, choose Subscribe to screens and review the amount and renewal terms.
  2. For an existing supported billing account, choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s hosted customer portal.
  3. Review payment methods, invoices, and any available cancellation controls there.
  4. Return to ConcessionKit and confirm the resulting subscription status.

Screen changes and cancellation

Use Sync screens when available to reconcile the subscription with the current screen count. Review the resulting billing state after adding or removing screens.

To cancel, use Manage billing and complete the confirmation in the hosted portal. Check the effective cancellation date. Closing a browser, unplugging a TV, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Sponsorship payouts are separate

Payout setup connects the organization to Stripe for paid advertising. Complete the hosted requirements and check the returned status before expecting bookings or payouts to work.

An advertising payment, a screen-billing credit, and a bank payout are different events. Timing, eligibility, refunds, and disputes affect them. Refer to the actual transaction records rather than assuming a payment means money has reached your bank.
