Run game day

Run your stand on game day

Use quick availability controls and temporary screen messages during service.

Before opening

  • Open the portal on your phone and select the right location.
  • Check that the TVs show the right designs and current prices.
  • Confirm that unavailable items are marked correctly.
  • Check for an active override or organization-wide takeover before service starts.

Mark an item sold out

Open Stand and use the availability control beside the item. Mark it available again when stock returns. The board’s design determines the sold-out treatment.

Connected players receive the live update. If a screen is offline, its saved menu may still show the previous availability. Confirm on the TV or communicate the change to customers another way.

Temporarily change the screens

Stand includes quick screen overrides such as a closed or weather-delay scene. Choose the intended action and duration, then check the result. A manual override takes precedence over the normal location schedule while it is active.

Clear the override when you are ready to return to scheduled content, or let it expire. An active organization-wide takeover can still take precedence.

Understand scheduling priorities

Know when a message affects every location

Organization-wide takeover controls affect every TV across every location. Read the action’s scope before sending; the current custom-message dialog sends a takeover for two hours.

Check for offline devices and verify important messages in person. ConcessionKit screen messages are not a substitute for emergency alarms, venue procedures, or direct communication.

At the end of service

Check closing content, clear temporary overrides that should not carry into the next event, and restore item availability when appropriate. Leave the player ready for the next session and verify it opens correctly after any power cycle.
