Your first board, step by step
Go from a new account to a menu on your first TV.

Before you start
Have your menu names and prices ready, along with a TV and a player device that can open the ConcessionKit player in a browser. You need an internet connection for setup, pairing, and receiving updates.
- An organization is your team’s account. It contains your locations, members, and billing.
- A location is a stand or venue with its own menu, designs, and schedule.
- A screen is a paired player connected to a TV. A design becomes visible there when you publish it.
1. Set up your team
- Open the portal and choose the sign-up option. Create your own account.
- Create an organization and your first location, or join an existing team using the invitation or code your administrator provided.
- Check the selected location before editing. Menus and designs belong to that location.
3. Choose a design
In Design, choose a template and check that its menu sections show the right items. Start with a readable layout and preview it in the orientation of your TV. The designer is still being developed, so individual controls and templates may change.
4. Pair, assign, and publish
- Open the player on your TV device and leave its pairing code visible.
- In Screens, choose Pair a TV, enter the code, and give the TV a recognizable name.
- Select the design for the screen and publish it.
- Check the actual TV for the correct menu, prices, orientation, and legibility.
5. Get ready for game day
Invite the people who will operate the stand, test a sold-out change, and confirm how to return from a temporary screen override. Keep an alternate way to communicate with guests if a TV or internet connection fails.
