Use the platform responsibly

This draft policy is intended to accompany the future effective terms. Use ConcessionKit for authorized menu-board, venue, and sponsorship operations. Follow applicable laws and the rules of the venue where content is displayed.

Content that does not belong here

• Unlawful content, credible threats, harassment, or content that promotes violence against people.
• Sexual exploitation content, including any sexual content involving minors.
• Fraudulent promotions, impersonation, misleading prices, or deceptive sponsor claims.
• Images, logos, music, trademarks, or other material you do not have permission to use.
• Passwords, payment-card data, sensitive personal records, or private information that should not be displayed publicly.

Protect accounts and infrastructure

• Do not access another organization’s account, screen, assets, or private reports without authorization.
• Do not share stolen credentials, bypass access or billing controls, or interfere with another user’s service.
• Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, overload the service, or scrape private data.
• Do not send spam or use team and advertiser invitations to contact people without a legitimate reason.

Account for your audience

Choose content appropriate for a public venue, including venues with children. Verify menu and promotional claims, and include required disclosures. Regulated advertising must satisfy the rules applicable to its product, location, and audience.

Do not rely on a digital board as your only emergency communication channel. Device failures and lost connectivity can prevent urgent changes from appearing.

Reports and enforcement

The effective policy will identify a public reporting contact. When reporting a concern, describe the affected content or screen and the reason for the report without including unnecessary personal information.

Content or account access may be restricted while misuse is investigated, and unlawful activity may be reported where appropriate or required. Affected users should be able to raise a mistaken restriction through the designated contact once available.
