Hours and events
Set a regular schedule and prepare content for game-day windows.
On this page
Start with the location and time zone
Open Hours & Events for the correct location. The page displays the time zone used for its hours. Check it before entering a schedule, especially when your organization has locations in different time zones.
Set regular hours
Add the regular opening and closing times for each day you operate, then choose Save hours. Review closed days as well as opening days. Schedule changes should be published to affected screens so the players receive current schedule data.
Add event windows
Use events for individual games or other dated sessions. Check the start, end, and any pregame or postgame windows available in the form. Publish and review the intended screen behavior before the event.
Scheduling and campaign workflows continue to develop. A change to your operating calendar does not automatically amend an already-purchased advertising booking. Review those commitments separately.
When content seems to ignore the schedule
Check for an organization-wide takeover first, then a manual location override. These can replace the scheduled screen content. When neither is active, the player uses its published event and opening-hours rules.
An offline player uses its last downloaded schedule, not changes waiting in the portal. Reconnect and publish if the schedule on the TV is out of date.
