Is the first screen really free?
Yes. Your first screen is free, and you can create your account without a credit card. Each additional screen is $12 per month. Four screens, for example, cost $36 per month.
What hardware do I need?
You need a TV connected to a compatible browser-based player. Our documented setup uses a Fire TV Stick with Fully Kiosk Browser. Hardware is purchased separately.
Do I need to use Square?
No. You can build and manage your menu directly in ConcessionKit. Connect Square if you want to import and sync your menu data.
What happens when the Wi-Fi drops?
Once the player has loaded and cached a published board, it keeps displaying that board if the connection drops. New changes need a connection to sync.
Can our volunteers use it?
Yes. The phone-friendly Stand view gives operators focused controls for availability and screen overrides. Roles control who can access design, settings, and billing.
How do sponsor reports work?
ConcessionKit logs ad plays by campaign, screen, and day. You can share a proof-of-play report with your sponsors. Play counts describe displayed ads, not the number of people who saw them.
