Not another signage tool

Generic signage shows slides.ConcessionKit runs game day.

Your venue is not a corporate lobby. Prices change, nachos sell out, storms roll in, and volunteers swap shifts. Your screens should understand all of it.

Volunteer-proof on purpose

Hand over the shift. Not the keys.

A phone-first operator view gives staff the few controls they need on a busy night. No layouts, no settings, and no training manual at the register.

One-tap sold-outsBig targets work with wet hands and a line at the window.

Role-based accessVolunteers operate the stand without touching billing or design.

Set the schedule once

Your screens know when it is game day.

Connect an event calendar and let scenes follow the rhythm of the venue, from pre-game menus to post-game sponsor rotations.

The practical questions

Built for public venues.
Ready for procurement.

Clear answers for the people running the stand and the people responsible for it.

Still have a question?
What hardware do we need?+

Any TV and an inexpensive Fire TV Stick are enough to get started. ConcessionKit also runs in modern smart-TV browsers and on Raspberry Pi players.

Do we have to use Square?+

No. You can manage the menu directly in ConcessionKit. Connecting Square simply keeps item prices and sold-out status in sync automatically.

What happens when the park internet drops?+

Your player stores the latest published board locally. It keeps displaying the menu with no browser error page, then syncs changes and telemetry when the connection returns.

How do sponsor reports work?+

Each verified ad display is logged by screen and campaign. Sponsors receive a clear proof-of-play summary you can use to support renewals and invoicing.

Can volunteers accidentally change the design?+

No. The phone-friendly Stand view only exposes the controls operators need, such as sold-out toggles and scene overrides. Design and billing stay behind role-based permissions.

Ready before the next home game
